About Emma

​Following my graduation in 2000 my career began within the recruitment industry working in permanent recruitment in London, Yorkshire and the Northwest. 

I have always had a passion for the natural world (huge Attenborough fan) and animals in particular and had often pondered a career within the Veterinary Industry. When the opportunity presented itself, I grabbed it with both hands and I have had a wonderful time over the last 13 years qualifying as an RVN, gaining CertVN ECC qualification and becoming a Head Nurse. Most recently assisting in the setup of a brand new independent veterinary practice in Northumberland which over the last almost 8 years has become unrivalled in the area with a huge and loyal client base.

I am passionate about delivering high quality care for patients and also the veterinary team. I know how important it is to find the right position with right team around you and getting the support you need.

I was delighted when I met Debbie and Laura to find two likeminded people who are so passionate about the veterinary industry. They understand how important recruitment is and that it is vital to get the right match for all parties for job satisfaction and retention.I live in beautiful Northumberland with my husband Kevin, dog Magic and cats Oscar (pictured) and Bug.
