 The Role

This role is primarily clinical, with a four-day work week and time allocated for managerial responsibilities. As a Clinical Director, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day running of the practice, making strategic decisions, and shaping the future of our clinical services. Your input will be highly valued, and you will have the opportunity to focus on a specific area of the business that interests you.

 Exciting Future Prospects

The practice is on the cusp of opening a large new facility in 2025/2026, and you will play a crucial role in this exciting project. Your involvement in the planning and potentially overseeing local elements of the build will be pivotal. Regular liaison with the senior management team will give you insights into the broader operations of the group, allowing you to contribute to both clinical and managerial aspects.

 Skills and Experience

- A special interest in either medicine or surgery is advantageous.
- Understanding of the financial aspects of running a practice.
- Ambition to progress the business.
- Experience in a clinical setting.
