A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director to join and lead our client’s dedicated team. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to guide their practice through its next chapter of growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage an experienced Senior Leadership Team including an Equine Clinical Director, Practice Manager, Lead Vet, and Clinical Nursing Manager.
• Drive both the clinical and commercial development of the practice.
• Work collaboratively with a Primary Care Director and central support functions to achieve practice goals.
• Focus on team empowerment through excellent organisation, communication, and development.
• Maintain a balance between clinical and non-clinical duties.
• Participate in an Out of Hours (OOH) commitment approximately 1 night and 1 weekend in 5, with time in lieu provided.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Mixed practice experience is preferred, however candidates with a strong bias in Companion Animal practice are encouraged to apply.
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for team empowerment and development.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
