Our clients are a vibrant and exciting Independent practice who do things a little differently. In taking on this role you will be joining a warm and experienced team consisting of 3 vets, 4 nurses, 2 receptionists and 1 practice manager. This team not only spend their days working together but also enjoy socialising outside of work as well. The role itself is full time, permanent working 4 or 5 days per week and 8am – 12.30pm on Saturday based on a rota system. There are no out of hours, Sundays or evening shifts, which allows for a great work life balance. It is incredibly important to our clients to create and maintain a positive working environment, therefore candidates will ideally be positive, friendly and able to leave any negativity at the door.
You will be hard working and passionate about providing gold star care every day and should be eager to support, mentor and lead the nursing team forward and be genuinely enthusiastic about this opportunity. You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of the nursing team, managing training and development programs and inspiring the nursing team day to day. You will ensure the highest level of practice standards are maintained, manage resources and maintain optimal stock levels at all times.
This role offers great opportunities for you to have a voice in practice and contribute to the future plans for not only the nursing team, but the practice as a whole. The practice itself is located in North West London, with onsite parking and fantastic public transport links within a short walk of the front door. From here you are under an hour from Heathrow airport, Kings Cross and Waterloo train stations, you are surrounded by a great mix of rural and city living with access to lovely parks and are only a stones throw from the city centre for all the culture, history, restaurants, bars and sites you can visit in your free time.
