As the new Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will work alongside the two partners, as well as a robust team of 4 Vets, 6 Nurses, 3 Receptionists, and 2 Practice Managers. 

In this pivotal role, you will focus on delivering high-quality veterinary care while mentoring junior vets to help them reach their full potential. Your experience with complex surgical and medical cases will be invaluable in supporting the team. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to share innovative ideas with the practice partners to enhance performance and care standards.
