With plans for expansion soon they are currently looking for a New Graduate Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This role is perfect for recent graduates eager to immerse themselves in a supportive, innovative environment where high-quality veterinary care is both affordable and accessible.

- Supportive Team Environment: You will be joining a large, friendly team of vets and nurses, ranging from new graduates to seasoned professionals. Enjoy one-to-one mentoring from the Senior Clinical Team and continuous support from experienced colleagues.
- Work-Life Balance: Full-time vets work a 4-day week (35 hours) with a fixed day off and a 1:4 Saturday rota, finishing at 4 pm. With no out-of-hours or inpatient on-call duties to ensure a balanced lifestyle.
- Professional Development: After a comprehensive 6-week induction, you will receive tailored training and a gradual introduction to consultations and complex cases. Enjoy 5 days of CPD with an annual budget of £1,600, and support for certification.
