Our clients practice has spent the last decade building up their loyal client base and have grown into one of the largest first opinion practices in the UK.  With plans for expansion soon they are currently looking for a New Graduate Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.  This role is perfect for recent graduates eager to immerse themselves in a supportive, innovative environment where high-quality veterinary care is both affordable and accessible.

- Work-Life Balance: Full-time vets work a 4-day week (35 hours) with a fixed day off and a 1:4 Saturday rota, finishing at 4 pm. With no out-of-hours or inpatient on-call duties to ensure a balanced lifestyle.
- Professional Development: After a comprehensive 6-week induction, you will receive tailored training and a gradual introduction to consultations and complex cases. Enjoy 5 days of CPD with an annual budget of £1,600, and support for certification.
