As an independent first opinion practice, they pride themselves on providing excellent care to their loyal client base, resulting in plenty of opportunities for veterinary surgeons to develop their surgical skills and increase their knowledge. The team consists of 8 vets and 7 RVNs, plus support staff, and they enjoy regular team meetings and social gatherings outside of work.
Not only will you have access to rock climbing, cycling, hiking, and horse-riding in the local area, but they also offer a competitive package including OOH payment, enhanced mat/pat pay, enhanced sick pay, and a CPD allowance.
The rota consists of 4 days per week with one early finish, on-call 1 night every 2 weeks, and 1:4 Saturday and 1:8 Sunday.
Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship and accommodation available, but you must be eligible to register with the RCVS to be considered for this role.
