Are you a passionate veterinary surgeon looking to join a supportive and dynamic team? This Wiltshire based client is seeking a dedicated professional to become part of their growing family. This is a unique chance to thrive in a nurturing environment where your talents and skills will be encouraged and developed.

The practice offers a genuinely flexible rota to ensure a healthy work-life balance. Whether you need school-time hours, fewer days with longer shifts, or a different arrangement, your needs will be considered. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with no out-of-hours (OOH) duties and currently, no weekend work. The practice also maintains a clear diary structure with 15-minute consultations as standard, ensuring a manageable and enjoyable workload.

The ideal candidate will have solid GP experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering the highest level of veterinary care. A surgical bias is desirable but not essential. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £55,000 FTE, 5.6 weeks of holiday including bank holidays (increasing after two years), private healthcare, life assurance, a contributory pension scheme, and paid memberships (RCVS, BVA, VDS). Additionally, there is a dedicated CPD allowance, funding and support towards certificates, career progression opportunities, and a relocation allowance. The practice also offers fully funded sponsorship/visa, a cycle-to-work scheme, access to colleague assistance programmes, and exclusive company discounts and rewards.

Swindon is conveniently located near the M4, with regular train links to London and other major cities, and is just a short drive from the picturesque Cotswolds.
