Are you a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon seeking a role that offers both professional growth and a supportive work environment? This could be your ideal next step.

Why This Role Stands Out:

**Independence and Tradition:** Embrace the essence of good old-fashioned GP vetting, combined with modern equipment and facilities. This practice is proudly independent and promises to remain so for decades to come.

**Supportive Team Environment:** Enjoy unconditional support from colleagues and a warm welcome from clients. The team is known for its camaraderie, both inside and outside of work, with regular social events such as lunches, BBQs, bingo nights, and an annual trip to the theatre.

**No Targets, No Out of Hours:** Focus on providing the best care without the pressure of targets. VetsNow covers out-of-hours, while stable inpatients can remain at the centre overnight.

**Competitive Salary and Benefits:** Receive a salary package that reflects your abilities, starting at £40k and increasing up to £70k with experience and skill set. Benefits include Health Shield with 24/7 GP access, 6.6 weeks of annual leave, and a flexible CPD budget.

**Job Security:** Enjoy the reassurance of job security with a guarantee that the practice will remain independent.

Role Requirements:

**MRCVS Status:** Must be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with MRCVS status.
**Experience:** A minimum of one year’s experience in private practice, performing consults and surgery. At least the ability to perform bitch spays solo is required, though more experience is welcomed.
**Enthusiasm:** A genuine passion for becoming part of a successful and supportive team.

Location:

Situated near the coast in the South East of England (East Anglia), accommodation is available nearby, just a short stroll from the beach. Excellent public transport links mean London is less than 90 minutes away by train.

This role offers the chance to be the very best vet you can be, within a practice that values independence, support, and professional development.
