The practice boasts a team of over 30 members, including 9 Vets, 8 RVNs, and 2 SVNs, supported by a highly efficient management team across a main branch and a satellite clinic, just 5 miles apart. Clinical excellence and the highest standards of patient and client care are the cornerstones of this practice, ensuring a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.

Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, an in-house lab, and a Class IV Therapeutic Laser, the practice is committed to supporting its Vets and Nurses in pursuing their professional interests. A generous CPD allowance is provided to facilitate continuous learning and development.

The practice is open to candidates of all experience levels and offers flexible working arrangements, whether full-time or part-time. Full-time team members enjoy a 4-day work week with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

The benefits package is comprehensive, featuring a salary range of £35,000-£65,000 based on experience, 6.6 weeks of paid holiday including bank holidays, and a competitive annual CPD allowance. Professional membership fees are covered, and enhanced paternity, maternity, adoption, shared parental leave, and surrogacy pay are offered.
