Work-Life Balance
The practice understands the importance of work-life balance. With a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and a manageable out-of-hours rota (no more than 1 in 10 nights/weekends), you’ll have ample time to enjoy the stunning surroundings. Island life offers beautiful beaches, water sports, walking and cycling tracks, award-winning restaurants, and cosy country pubs. Plus, it’s just 90 minutes from London by train, with easy access to major airports.
