This well-established clinic on the East Sussex Coastline, is seeking a dynamic Vet to join a close-knit team of 13 professionals, including vets, nurses, support staff, and their Head Vet & Practice Director. The clinic handles a varied surgical caseload, including dental extractions, amputations, and lumpectomies, and is fully equipped for all surgical and inpatient needs. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, regular team meetings, and governance discussions, everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

**Support and Training:**
As part of this veterinary group, you will have access to the knowledge HUB platform and a CPD allowance to further your clinical interests. Additional benefits include:

**Your Role:**
In this role, you will be supported to become the Vet you aspire to be, with a flexible rota to suit various shift patterns, ensuring you have the downtime you need. Whether you enjoy being a GP Vet or are looking to specialise, this role offers a varied mix of consults and surgery, allowing you to develop your interests. Ideally, this is a full-time role with a 1:5 Saturday rota, but full-time and part-time working patterns can be discussed. Enjoy the benefit of no Sunday work, public holidays, OOH, or on-call duties.

**Relocation and Area:**
This practice is based in a bustling town surrounded by forests, rivers, and cliffs, with its own lovely pebbled beach. Nestled in the South Downs National Park, it offers stunning views of the Seven Sisters and the River Cuckmere. Brighton's vibrant nightlife and world-class cuisine are less than 30 minutes by train, with Gatwick Airport just 40 minutes away and London Victoria 1hr 40mins by train. Relocation packages of up to £5k are available to ensure a smooth transition, and visa sponsorship is offered for eligible candidates.
