About the Role:
This location is nestled in a popular area of Lambeth, South London, known for its excellent travel links and rapidly growing client base. This role is perfect for a first-opinion GP vet eager to handle a high surgical caseload.
The rota is designed to offer a balanced work-life schedule, with alternate Mondays and Fridays off. You’ll work one 10-hour day per week, with the remaining three weekdays being 8-hour shifts. The weekend rotation includes 1 in 4 branch Saturdays and 1 in 10 hospital Sundays, plus up to 2 bank holidays per year. Importantly, there are no on-call requirements, allowing you to enjoy your personal time without interruptions.
Team and Support:
You’ll be joining a fantastic team that includes a senior vet, RVNs, dedicated trainee nurses, and an integral reception support staff. Additionally, you’ll have the backing of a dedicated regional manager and an experienced regional head vet. The practice is well-equipped with ultrasound facilities, making it ideal for vets with a keen interest in diagnostic imaging.
Practice Environment:
The practice spans two floors. For more complex cases and out-of-hours care, you’ll have the support of their 24-hour Hospital nearby.
