This Small Animal Veterinary Practice in Berkshire is seeking a dynamic Clinical Director to spearhead their esteemed and long-established practice.

This role offers an attractive salary of up to £85,000 per annum.

A bit about them:
For over 50 years, this practice has been a cornerstone of the community, based in an area within Greater London and also the parish of Berkshire, a fantastic location with London on your doorstep but the easy access to outdoor spaces such as Bracknell Forest, Windsor Great Park and Swinley Forest.

This team are passionate about delivering the best possible care for the animals in their care. As an RCVS accredited practice, they pride themselves on clinical excellence, staff training, and state-of-the-art facilities. Their services include a dedicated cat building, laparoscopy, endoscopy, a dental suite with radiography, and digital X-rays. They also cater to a variety of small mammals and birds.

They collaborate with local charities and educational institutions, supporting community initiatives and are dedicated to the well-being of all the team, offering robust mental health support through our Mental Health First Aiders and confidential Employee Assistance Programme.

Role and Responsibilities:
As the Clinical Director, you will lead the clinical activities and financial performance of the practice, working closely with central support teams. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service and outcomes for patients, clients, and colleagues will be paramount. You will foster a culture of excellence, ensuring quality improvement, education, and associate engagement are integral to the practice. The role is a full time post, over 4 or 5 days, 40 hours a week and one in six Saturdays, with no OOH or on call duties.

You will collaborate with a talented team of 6 Vets, 10 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 2 PCAs, and a dedicated support and client care team. The team boasts a diverse range of interests, including internal medicine, surgery, fear-free approaches, and feline medicine. With ongoing practice refurbishments, you will be part of an environment that matches the high standards of care provided
