Imagine working alongside a team of nine experienced vets, including two certificate holders in ophthalmology and surgery, in an RCVS accredited nursing training practice. The role is a full-time, permanent position with the flexibility of part-time consideration. Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with a 4-day working week from 8 am to 6:30 pm, and a 1:4 Saturday morning rota. The practice boasts fantastic facilities and equipment, ensuring you have the best tools at your disposal.

As a candidate, you should be an enthusiastic team player with a solid grounding in first opinion practice. Your ability to provide continuity of care and build rapport with a regular client practice is essential. Confidence and collaboration are key, as you will sometimes work in tandem with another vet and sometimes take sole charge. While being an OV is advantageous, it is not essential.

This employer can offer a competitive salary of £45,000 to £60,000, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes 6.6 weeks of paid holiday, a £1750 CPD allowance plus 5 days of paid CPD leave, Health plan contributions, RCVS/BSAVA membership, VDS cover, enhanced family leave, discounted veterinary fees, Visa Sponsorship and much more.
