Experienced RVN for Maternity Cover - West London

My client in leafy West London is seeking a dedicated professional to join the team on a fixed-term basis, providing maternity cover. The Role

As the Head Nurse is soon to go on maternity leave, my client is looking for an experienced RVN to step in and lead the clinical team. This full-time position involves working four days a week and one in three weekends. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical team, providing hands-on support where needed, and acting as a role model to the growing team of nurses and Veterinary Care Assistants (VCAs). Strong managerial skills are essential to optimise workflow and ensure the highest standards of care.
