An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a dedicated clinical team in a modern, well-equipped practice. The practice is a purpose-built, spacious veterinary centre equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. You will play a key role in both clinical and leadership responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of veterinary care. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a high level of clinical expertise and a commitment to excellence

  • Be confident in a leadership role, inspiring and coaching colleagues

  • Be passionate about mentoring and upskilling the team

  • Have a strategic mindset to enhance clinical standards and services

Working Pattern

  • 4-day working week with a 1:4 weekend rota

  • No out-of-hours requirement

  • On-call responsibility for inpatients overnight when necessary
