Head Veterinary Surgeon – Stunning Coastal Location/Sponsorship/Flexible

Are you an experienced Veterinary surgeon with a passion for both leadership and hands-on clinical work? 

Our client’s modern veterinary practice in picturesque Kent is seeking a dedicated Head Vet to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique blend of management responsibilities and the opportunity to engage with a diverse caseload, ensuring no two days are the same.

As Head Vet you will play a crucial role in overseeing the busy practice, providing support, leadership, and commercial direction. This position allows you to develop your personal interests while supporting the clinical team through varied consultations and surgeries. Additionally, the Head Vet will have a significant impact on the practice's growth and improvement by contributing to clinical development meetings.

This full-time position offers flexibility, with part-time hours and flexible working arrangements available to ensure the right work-life balance. The practice values its team members and is committed to accommodating their needs.

The benefits package includes a competitive salary of up to £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with a yearly salary review. Additional benefits include a relocation allowance, VISA sponsorship, up to seven weeks of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, with the option to purchase an additional two weeks leave and an extra day's leave each year in the first 5 years.
