Key Responsibilities

**Communication**: Participate in daily briefings, team meetings, and huddles to maintain effective communication across all services.
**Client Care**: Conduct nurse callbacks, advice calls, and manage end-of-life appointments with compassion and professionalism.
**Training and Development**: Support the induction of new nurses and facilitate ongoing learning and development within your team.
**Operational Efficiency**: Oversee diary management, infection control, and equipment maintenance to ensure a smooth and safe working environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

**Qualified RVN**: Must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse with at least 12 months of post-qualification experience.
**Leadership Skills**: Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team and managing clinical workflows.
**Proactive and Enthusiastic**: Self-motivated, approachable, and a great team player who goes above and beyond for patients and colleagues.
