Role Responsibilities:
As the Lead Nurse, you will work closely with the Head Vet to ensure the highest clinical standards. You will manage patient flow, oversee nursing duties including consultations, inpatient care, anaesthesia, and peri-operative care. Your role will also involve mentoring Patient Care Assistants and Student Veterinary Nurses, making a Clinical Coach qualification desirable but not essential.

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience as an RVN.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of organisation.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a busy environment.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding junior staff.
