My Berkshire based client invites you to become part of our enthusiastic team that are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Nurse to join them in delivering outstanding care to their patients.

They pride themselves on their expertise with rabbits and small furries, supported by team members pursuing certificates in this area. Their commitment to continuous learning ensures that they can provide the best possible care from a truly motivated and inspired team. Additionally, the practice offers experiences in orthopaedics and ophthalmology, with certificate holders in these specialities. They also collaborate with a local Hedgehog Rescue, providing care to wild hedgehogs, making prickly patients a regular feature.

The state-of-the-art equipment, including dental x-ray, ultrasound, internal lab facilities, tonometer, slit lamps, and more, enables us to deliver top-notch care to our patients.

They understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance; shifts vary between 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and 11:00 am – 7:30 pm throughout the week, with a Saturday rotation of 1:5, working 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. You will have the support of a Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) to assist you.

Enjoy the backing of a dedicated reception and admin team, allowing you to focus on providing top-notch patient care while administrative tasks are taken care of.

My client is committed to helping you grow in your career; offering CPD funding of £500, giving you the chance to explore your personal interests. Clinical Supervisor status is preferred but not essential, and there are opportunities to obtain certificates.
