This well-established four-branch practice in County Durham, is expanding its team and looking for dedicated RVNs to join their friendly and approachable team. This practice combines the warmth of a close-knit team with the advanced facilities of a larger organisation.

Very competitive salary of up to £30,000 pro rata, with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. Whether you prefer full-time hours (8am - 7pm, four days a week) or part-time, your schedule can be tailored to your needs. Additionally, the practice is expanding its care for exotic patients.

As an RVN your role will be varied and engaging, encompassing nurse consultations, theatre work, and schedule 3 procedures if desired. The ideal candidate is an experienced RVN with a strong work ethic, motivated to grow within the practice, and willing to become a clinical coach. Building rapport with long-standing clients and contributing to the practice's growth by sharing your passion is highly valued.

Responsibilities include observing and monitoring animal health, preparing equipment for treatments, performing diagnostic procedures, administering medicine, caring for animals, and communicating with clients about their pets' status. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor Student Veterinary Nurses as a clinical coach.

The benefits package is comprehensive, including six weeks of paid holiday (including bank holidays), a £600 CPD allowance per annum, Health Shield contributions, RCVS membership, one additional membership subscription, VDS cover, enhanced parental leave pay, discounted veterinary fees, and access to discounts on shopping, travel, and entertainment. Additional perks include the Cycle to Work scheme, CPD/training support, company sick pay, colleague engagement surveys, annual pay reviews, and a strong focus on employee wellbeing and career progression.

Be part of a team that values your growth and passion for veterinary care.
