Our client is head vet and practice owner of this fantastic surgery, currently working alongside a clinical team of 2 Vets, 3 RVNs and a fantastic support team.
This role is full time, permanent, working 1 in 3 Saturdays and no Sundays or out of hours (7pm onwards) with flexible hours available for the right candidate. Applicants will ideally be open to working as part of a team and be confident working sole charge in consultations and in theatre. You will be friendly and outgoing, have excellent English both written and verbal and be passionate about client and patient care.
This role offers a varied caseload and family friendly environment, where you are encouraged to work together as a team and socialise outside of work with regular team events, such as dinners, hill walks and more.
The practice itself offers excellent facilities and equipment, allowing the team to offer clients a variety of services with an in house doppler ultrasound, operating loupes, electrosurgery unit, tonometry equipment, dental x-ray and ever-increasing orthopaedic kit.
Set in the Northwest of England the practice also provides a stunning area to spend your free time, just a stone's throw from the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding countryside, this idyllic spot offers you fantastic local sites and amenities. It is also just on the edge of the M65 and is only 1-2hrs drive from Manchester and Leeds city centre so you will never be at a loss of what to do in your spare time. This position is commutable by train from Blackburn and Skipton by car from Clitheroe.
