The team, led by clinical directors, prides itself on delivering high-quality care in a friendly environment. The veterinary team boasts certificate holders in surgery, dentistry, imaging, cardiology, and minimally invasive surgery, while the nursing team includes specialists in medicine and anaesthesia.

The practice is well-equipped with ultrasound, digital and dental x-ray, and endoscopy/laparoscopy across all sites. With a focus on personal development, the practice encourages team members to expand their knowledge and skills. The structured diary management ensures a balanced workload, with 20-minute appointment slots to provide ample time for thorough case work-ups and client communication.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience, confidence in routine consults and surgery, and the ability to work sole charge when needed. For those aspiring to a senior role, there is an opportunity to mentor less experienced team members and take on a GDP advisory role. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations are essential.

The full-time role is based on a 40-hour week, incorporating 1 in 4 Saturdays with no out-of-hours commitment. Part-time candidates seeking a flexible work/life balance are also welcome. Salary package available up to £60,000 per annum plus visa sponsorship available for overseas candidates.
