Excitng Role for a Veterinarian in Trendy East London

About the Role: Nestled in the heart of this east end Village, this bustling first opinion practice is seeking an additional vet to join the team. The practice, known for its high dental caseload, is perfect for those with a keen interest in veterinary dentistry.

The clinic has recently undergone a refurbishment and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The rota includes a Monday to Wednesday working week, plus 1:4 branch Saturdays, 1:8 hospital Sundays, and up to 2 bank holidays per year.

Ideal Candidate: The practice is looking for a dedicated veterinarian who thrives in a busy GP environment and is comfortable with routine surgeries and dental procedures. The successful candidate will be supported by a full-time senior vet, a senior RVN, passionate trainee nurses, and a regional manager.

Walthamstow is backed by Wanstead Veterinary Hospital for complex cases and out-of-hours support. The hospital boasts extensive 24-hour facilities, including CT, advanced ultrasound, scopes, and laparoscopic equipment, providing an excellent environment to develop ECC skills.

Location: Situated in a vibrant village/high street environment, the practice offers easy access to central London. The underground station is just a 15-minute walk away, with direct trains to Oxford Circus in 20 minutes.
