Veterinary Surgeon - Visa Sponsorship

A fast-growing, successful practice in Kent, is seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team. This full-time role offers a balanced work schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with only 1 in 3 Saturdays required, ensuring you have ample time to enjoy your personal life.

The practice is located on the a Retail Park, providing convenient on-site parking, easy access to the A2, and frequent high-speed links to Central London. The modern, purpose-built facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital X-ray, an in-house laboratory, Doppler blood pressure, digital radiography, ultrasound, capnography, pulse oximetry, v-gels for cats and rabbits, surgical suction, and separate dog and cat wards.

Joining this team means becoming part of a close-knit group of professionals, including 3 Vets, 6 RVNs, 2 SVNs, a Practice Manager, and 5 Receptionists. The practice is led by Partner and vet, holds a certificate in small animal surgery, with a particular interest in orthopaedics.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and motivated Veterinary Surgeon, comfortable with taking sole charge responsibilities once settled. A passion for both surgical and medical cases, along with excellent communication skills, is essential to maintain and build upon the strong, long-term relationships the practice has established with its clients.

In return for your dedication and expertise, the practice offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 (dependent on experience), 5.6 weeks of annual leave, a contributory pension scheme, and paid memberships (RCVS, BVA, VDS).
