This role is full time, permanent working 40 hour weeks, over 4 days with 1 in 4 Saturdays and no out of hours.  You will be responsible for managing the clinical teams day to day; helping develop their skills and always ensuring a positive and productive atmosphere in practice. 

Applicants should be confident and proactive, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have a good understanding of clinical standards and a passion for maintaining them.  You must be able to work as part of a team and ideally show strong leadership skills.

The practices are innovative, bright and airy, and well equipped with all you could possible require.  It is situated in Surrey,  southwest of London, surrounded by lovely country parks, independent cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.  It is also near the A3 motorway for easy access north and south and is less than 1 hour from Gatwick airport.
