Our clients are currently looking for a graduate veterinary surgeon to join their friendly team of experienced clinicians. Their established, five branch practice in Dorset, has a fantastic reputation and long history of caring for the pets in their community to the highest possible standard.
The practice itself has excellent facilities and experienced team members with keen interests in medicine, cardiology, dentistry, ophthalmology and acupuncture. You will also have access to a rehabilitation and physiotherapy centre within their sister branch.
This role is full time, permanent, working 4-day weeks, with the same day off each week and 1in3 Saturday mornings (shared equally among the team) and no out of hours. They are however currently considering part time/flexible applicants as well.
You will ideally be proactive and enthusiastic about your future development and that of the practice. Work well as part of the team and sole charge and be passionate about always providing clients and patients with top tier service.
As part of this role, you will become part of the practices graduate development programme where you will take on a blended learning approach with a mix of external training days, general CPD, in-house mentoring and clinical practice. You will have a dedicated mentor and have regular group and 1to1 meetings to discuss your progress, opportunities, and upcoming training.
In taking this role you will be based on the beautiful south coast allowing you to take in the breath taking scenery on the coast and countryside on your days off and be just a stone throw from Bournemouth and Poole for more bustling city days.
